Show a taller grid height Increase the row height of the grids. This will be helpful when using touch screens.
Set M603 to 5.35850 instead of 5.36800 If ticked will set M603 to the new spot frequency of 5.35850 MHz which became effective on 5 March 2012. If unticked will set M603 to the previous spot frequency of 5.36800 MHz. Only operative on 'out of the box' US model FT-817ND, FT-857D and FT-897D radios that have not had the TX range extended (MARS/CAP mod). This is not applicable to the FT-818ND which already knows of the changed frequency.
Use alternative read method If ticked will use an alternative (and faster) approach to reading the radio which can also overcome occasional timing problems with some USB serial ports and add-on serial cards. This option is enabled by default but can be un-ticked if desired.
